 We successfully completed our second phase teaching practice on July 31 st In this week I had physics class in 8B and 8C There I taught the topic speed and velocity and uniform and non uniform speed. I used the ppt slides, activity cards for delivering the concept. Students could understand the concept of difference between velocity and speed and uniform and non uniform speed through discussion observation and doing activities. There I provided the answer sheets of mid term examination and marked the marks on evaluation sheets and handover to the concerned teachers. I had chemistry class in 9D.  We completed 7 weeks of second phase teaching practice  Mid term examination was started from Monday onwards. We had the duty for arranging the question papers. Assembly was conducted by the science club members as part of Chandrayan day. There was speech, songs and simple skit related to this day.  I had physics class in 8C. There I taught the topic displacement. Students could understand the method of finding distance and displacement through activities. I had exam duty of mid term examination  On Tuesday mid term exam was conducted on second period and sixth period.I had exam duty in two periods. I presented my innovative work in 9D class. There I provided the remedial class for the diagnostic test that I conducted based on the topic fundamental unit and derived unit. I got substitution duty in 9D.There I discussed the let us assess questions. I had physics class in 8C. There I  taught rules to be followed while writing the units. Students got the concept through discussion observation and doing activities. On Tuesday I didn't have any classes to teach.  My innovative work was based on the topic discovery of subatomic particles and models of atom and isobars and isobars based on the chapter structure of atom of std 9 chemistry  It was a game named Atomic steps. I made a question board containing 10 questions and a game board. Students have to answer the questions one by one and step forward and at last one task has to be completed. It is to  classify the isotopes and isobars from the given box containing elements. Those who answering the questions and completing the task will win the game  Question board was made such a way that the answers are hidden behind the questions. students can self learn by sliding the answer card if they don't know the answers.

I had completed the topics mass, time, and fundamental units and derived units in 8B. I had taught the topics precuations to be taken while measuring the length, mass, time, fundamental units and derived units in 8C class. There  I have taken method of finding thickness of a paper, metal wire and length of curved line. I had physics class in 8D. there  I have taken smaller and bigger units of length. Some substitution duty were also got in this day On Wednesday reading day was celebrated in school. Special assembly was conducted on school. There was speech about importance of reading. I had physics class in 8C. This was the final week of our first phase teaching practice On Monday l have conducted achievement test in 8J class based on two chapters that I have taken, reflection of light in spherical mirror and sound Our physical education teacher came to our school and observed our free hand exercise and recreation activity I have chemistry class in 9F. There I have taught catenation and properties of carbon in forming large number of carbon compounds On Tuesday it was the remembrance of martyr's day of Mahatama Gandhi. As part of this day assembly was conducted.
